Yachad serves individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the country. We provide educational, social, and vocational training to those with special needs through a variety of schools, programs, and training sessions. At our DayHabilitation program in Brooklyn individuals work with staff on learning to live independently and improve social interaction through a variety of different activities.
Over this past year, our participants have been working hard on creating apple magnets and Rosh Hashana themed trays to help celebrate Rosh Hashanah 5772. kosherbyte.com has been working with us to help our participants put together Rosh Hashanah baskets filled with our apple magnets and trays. Our Day Habilitation participants have been hard at work, and they are happy to present to you our Rosh Hashanah baskets.
