Who is eligible to join JDSR?

Each applicant must be considered Jewish according to Jewish law (Secular, Reform, Conservative, Orthodox). If you or anyone in your family is a convert, please send a copy of the conversion certificate. If you are divorced, please send a copy of divorce by Jewish Law. Any questions concerning this will be resolved by the rabbinical staff of the Orthodox Union. We reserve the right to disqualify if you are not halachically (lawfully) Jewish. We cannot be responsible for any applicant who misleads us or gives us untrue information.
